Please read these terms and other policies carefully. By using DZee or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to these Terms and conditions. This is a legal agreement. For the purpose of the terms and other policies we may refer to DZee and/or its services as “DZee”, “DZee Services” or “us” and the client as “customer” or “you”
To start using the services offered by DZee, you must:
Be able to enter into contracts
Complete the registration process
Agree to the terms as mentioned in this section
Provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact information
By using any services offered by DZee, you represent and warrant that you meet the criteria mentioned above, and that you will not use DZee services in any way that violates any laws or regulations.
The above criteria may be updated at any time by DZee. We also reserve the right to change our services or any feature of the services at any time. Any such change will be updated on the website and/or notification will be sent to your last registered email address with us. The modified policy will come into effect next day from the update and notification. In case you do not wish to continue DZee Services please initiate the termination of your account by writing to us from your registered Email ID.
The Term begins when you sign up for DZee and continues as long as you use the Service. If you sign up for DZee on behalf of an Enterprise or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
DZee reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts of any users at any time at our sole discretion.
For any reason if you wish to close your account with DZee, you may do so by sending us an email from your registered email id. To avoid incurring any recurring costs it is advisable to follow the proper procedure and ensure proper closure of your account and termination of this contract.
No refunds are provided.
Based on the type of subscription you registered for, the account would expire and lapse. DZee is not responsible for any consequences of the discontinuity. However, you would be sent alerts via email to your registered email ID about the expiry and you are expected to extend your subscription to keep your cards live.
Lifetime offer means 10 years product access or until our services available in the market. If you required new features except your plan then you have to pay extra charges. In terms of “off our lifetime services” we will send notification via email before 6 months of minimum time.
We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email. If the fees structure changes, your current plan will continue till expiration and/or you will be provided with an option to upgrade.

We shall not be liable to you or third parties for any consequential or indirect loss, financial damages, downtime, or lost profits or opportunities, resulting from incorrect functionality, loss of service, loss of data, breach of contract, negligence, or other claims. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to us in relation to this service for current active package or add on.

Proprietary Rights Owned by Us
You shall respect our proprietary rights in the Website and the software used to provide DZee services (proprietary rights include patents, trademarks, service marks, and copyrights). You may only use our brand assets according to our Brand Guidelines.

You represent and warrant that you either own or have permission to use all of material you upload. You retain ownership of the materials you upload to DZee and will make sure that you will not upload any un-authorized or harmful content. We may use or disclose your materials only as we describe in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
To the extent authorized by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softices Consultancy, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting directly or indirectly from or arising out of (a) your violation of the Terms, (b) your use of any of the Services, and/or (c) the Content you make available on any of the Services.
DZee assures quality and timely delivery of its services as the services are designed. The clients can start using DZee Services once the payment as agreed in the contract has been made. In case you face any questions regarding usage you may contact Customer Support at [email protected]
If you are a user whose principal address or principal use of Business Standard Digital services occurs in any jurisdiction across the world then these terms and conditions will be subject to Indian law. In this case, Both the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Surat.
